D4D Portfolio

This longstanding dental practice in Heston, Middlesex had undergone a major refurbishment in order to facilitate more patients and their demands for the latest in cosmetic dentistry.

The team at design4dentists were called upon to transform the brand at Vicarage Farm Dental Centre and modernise its 70-year heritage.

In doing so, we had to appreciate its established reputation for family care and consider how the rebrand may affect the concerns of existing patients.

design4dentists were tasked with developing a comprehensive brand identity, including a new logo and updated signage to attract both long-term NHS patients and new private clients.

Friendly, modern and affordable

When designing a new look for an existing brand, the merge from old to new must be significant enough to demonstrate change however, it must include a connection to the past. The transition should not be too radical as this could cause unsettling feelings from loyal patients.

Continuity in all the good that the brand has built throughout  many years of service was key. This included quality general dentistry supported by the NHS whilst also offering the choice of affordable treatments for those discerning patients wishing to have extra private care or cosmetic dentistry.

The new logo is clean and simple with a strong highlight colour making it stand out. It’s fresh, bold and easily identifiable. Most importantly, it’s clear, friendly and creates an attraction to many of the target audience within its locality.
