Orthoclinique
Orthoclinique is a multi-award winning orthodontic clinic based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
Before its launch in 2012, Orthoclinique was merely a concept idea with no identity and without an established location. The founders approached design4dentists to develop a complete brand identity for their new venture. This involved generating a name, designing a logo, and producing all the necessary marketing tools to support dental referrals, aid internal processes, and attract new patients.
By working closely with the partners the design4dentists team created a unique brand identity designed to appeal to patients of all ages.
The vibrant colours match perfectly with the four NHS surgery interiors, while the signature purple highlights the clinic’s private orthodontic services – delivered in a dedicated treatment room accessible to all.
Dental referrals & patient care
An easy and seamless referral process was a key factor in supporting both local dentists and visiting patients. At design4dentists we developed various stationery items including multi-usage referral pads, patient packs and leaflets for all treatment offered.
A bespoke website was also produced to ensure information is constantly accessible including opportunities to upload personal smile photos and x-rays speeding up initial consultations and referrals.
External and interior designed signage added the ideal final touches to the start of the patient journey. Visual identity is such an important factor when building trust with visiting patients as it signifies recognition, reinforces messaging and helps to form an emotional connection.
Orthoclinique has a catchy and meaningful brand name which is memorable as well as distinctive. It certainly attracts attention and stands out in its locality. Whenever we create a brand name, we start by clearly understanding the identity of the business. This is an important process which relies on market research, brainstorming ideas, refining and acquiring feedback.
