World Cup Finals 2018 Competition


 

WORLD CUP FINALS 2018 COMPETITION

The World Cup Finals in Russia are only weeks away from kick-off and design4dentists would like to celebrate this huge event with you. We have three great prizes to give away which are exclusive to dentists and orthodontists who have their own practice, or are thinking of opening a practice in the near future.

You’ll have to be quick though as the winners will be the first to submit their entries with the correct answer. Read on…

 

HOW DO I ENTER?

The 21st FIFA World Cup Finals competition starts on Thursday 14th June 2018 in Moscow and ends with the final two teams playing on 15th July 2018. With 32 teams competing there will be a total of 64 matches to be played in 12 venues across 11 cities.

Simply guess the total number of goals that will be scored in the competition for your chance to win one of the three prizes. Entries must be submitted before Wednesday 13th June 2018 so all you need to do is fill in the entry form below. It couldn’t be easier!

COMPETITION WINNERS

Winners of the design4dentists World Cup Finals 2018 competition will be announced after 15th July 2018 or when the total amount of goals scored is official. First prize will be awarded to the first entry received with the exact number of goals guessed (or closest number). The second and third prizes will be awarded to the subsequent entries with the exact number of goals scored, or the closest number of goals scored. Entries must be received by design4dentists before the closing competition date (see The Rules below).

 

THE RULES

Here are the rules for the design4dentists World Cup Finals 2018 competition:

• Only one entry per dentist or orthodontist from one practice only.
• Complete all required fields on the entry form provided.
• Competition entries must be sent via the entry form on this page only.
• Entries must be received before 6 pm on Wednesday 13th June 2018.
• Total number of goals to include all 64 matches played in the FIFA World Cup Finals.
• Competition does not include the World Cup qualifying games.
• Prizes will be announced on stand H108 at the Dentistry Show 2018.
• Prizes will be displayed on the design4dentists website after 21st May 2018.
• The winners will be notified directly by phone or email after 15th July 2018.
• Prizes are non-transferrable.

We collect personal information about customers/clients, referral partners, suppliers, and any other third parties relevant to the company’s business via telephone or face-to-face conversations, email correspondence, website contact request forms, and any other day-to-day business activities. We may sometimes collect additional information from third parties including customers, suppliers and other referees or in order to perform other background checks.

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. To process your order, or where we need to perform the contract we have entered into with you, or to provide after sales service (we may pass your details to another organisation to supply/deliver products or services you have purchased and/or to provide after-sales service);
2. In certain cases we may contact you by phone or use your email address to send you information on our other related products and services. In such a case you will be offered the option to opt in/out before completing your purchase.
3. We may need to pass the information we collect to other companies for administrative purposes. We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use the Website and issuing our e-mails for us. Origin 1 (UK) Ltd also acts on behalf of its clients in the capacity of data processor. When working exclusively as a data processor, Origin 1 (UK) Ltd will be acting on the instruction of its client and will work hard to ensure that the client is fully GDPR compliant.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about our products and services and other companies’ in our group which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt-out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. We do not need your consent to process your personal data in order to perform our contractual obligations to you. • Online software licence registration, website programming and/or maintenance
• Online and offline marketing, copywriting, social media
• Printers, signage and product manufacturers, signs and graphic installers, couriers

The activities for which we use third-party service providers may change from time to time in order for us to meet the needs of the business.

How secure is my information with third-party service providers and other entities in our group?

All our third-party service providers and other entities in the group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

What about other third parties?

We may share your personal information with other third parties, for example in the context of the possible sale or restructuring of the business. We may also need to share your personal information with a regulator or to otherwise comply with the law.

Retention Policy

Origin 1 (UK) Ltd will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for five years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After five years any personal data not needed will be deleted.

How we store your data

Data is held in various countries in the EEA, using different (multiple) servers. Origin 1 (UK) Ltd may store some personal data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Any data held in the USA will be subject to Adequate Provisions in the form of the Privacy Shield framework.

No data will be held in countries outside the EEA which do not have Adequate Provisions in relation to data protection.

Rights of access, correction, erasure, and restriction

No fee usually required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

What we may need from you

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Right to withdraw consent

In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact us in writing by emailing database@design4dentists.com. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.

Changes to this privacy notice

We reserve the right to update this privacy notice at any time, and we will provide you with a new privacy notice when we make any substantial updates. We may also notify you in other ways from time to time about the processing of your personal information.
