From time to time it may be a good idea to offer a discount on one of your services for a limited time period. These leaflets and postcards help in many ways as they urge potential patients to react quicker to benefit from the offer and they also remind existing patients to book appointments. They are also used as referral information by patients to their friends and family.

Of course, you don't have to discount your services or products but promoting your practice regularly can have amazing results. Obviously there is no guarantee and the average response rate can be around 1% - 2%.

By carefully selecting your target audience, the right areas and/or businesses you will increase your chances of success and generally the more often you go through this exercise the greater the response rate.

Postcards and leaflets are handy items and can be left at reception desks, placed in nearby gyms, doctors clinics or beauty and hairdressing salons.
